Lead Nurse Group
The Lead Nurse Group is chaired by the Network Lead Nurse (seconded from clinical practice for four sessions per week). The Lead Nurse can be contacted at [email protected]
Membership comprises of the Lead Nurses from the Critical Care Units in the Network member organisations.
Quarterly meetings facilitate the engagement of senior specialist expert practitioners to discuss in a safe environment any areas of concern, requirements for practice development, national directives, serious untoward incidents and indicative learning for sharing and collaborative solutions. There is a direct link to the National Critical Care Lead Nurses Group (CC3N) through the Network Lead Nurse's membership.
