Member organisations have agreed to share data (patient identifiers removed for confidentiality) without anonymity for the organisation in the interests of collaboration and transparency.

- Monthly key performance indicators and benchmarking measures presented quarterly at individual unit and Network level (admissions, occupancy, out of hours discharges, delayed discharges); these inform contract and capacity discussions for critical care services.
- Twice daily submissions to the NCDR platform on key indicators e.g. capacity, delayed discharges, staffing
- Annual Workforce Stocktakes led by NHSE
