The clinical networks for adult critical care, major trauma and spinal care within the East Midlands region operate as Operational Delivery Networks (ODNs). Improving the experience and outcomes for patients within each speciality.

The work of each ODN is delivered by participant members and member organisations through a collaborative model of care. This collaborative approach and willingness to engage is the essence of the Network culture.​
